Summer has finally arrived in Southern California! I went running this morning at 8:00 am and it was already 80 degrees and it did not get any cooler as the day went on. Needless to say, I ran very slowly and it was one of the toughest runs in a long time.
I had the day off today to run errands and wanted to be sure I would stay cool & comfy. The LBD (long black dress) came calling. My love for maxi dresses are endless - so effortlessly chic and 100% comfy. Don't be surprised if you see more maxi dress post as the heat wave continues.
Do you have a go to outfit for hot days?
I am trying out new pose to show the jewelry but I think I should wait till I get my hair colored :) I can totally see the grey hairs screaming at me.

Thanks Rebecca! I think CA summer just comes later. It stays fairly warm till October. It's tough to have a late summer since all the stores are putting out the fall line when I am barely cracking my summer clothes.

ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about maxi dresses. Perfect for the heat. I only have one, but with two maxi skirts I can usually rotate them enough so I don't get tired of them. I'm always looking for more though.
