Happy Friday! Can I let you in on a little secret - this is 1st full week of work I've had since November 1st! At the company that I work for, we need to use up all of our vacation days by year end or we lose them. With some strategic planning (well not really but it makes me sound smarter), we vacationed in Hawaii in early November and by mid November I was able to take every Friday off and the week of Christmas & New Years off. Then I went to Florida and we had MLK day last weekend. And here I am working full-time again. I think I am going to miss my part time days.
Anyways, this outfit has most of my favorites all wrapped into 1 outfit: ruffles, floral & polka dots. All I am missing are stripes & bows. I think it would have been just a little much if I try to ALL of it to this outfit.
Are you watching the Super Bowl this weekend? I am not a football fan at all. In fact, if you turn football on - it acts like a sleeping pill for me. I am asleep within 5 minutes of the game. I will look forward to the 1/2 time show with Alicia Keys & Beyonce. I used to love the commercials too but lately, they just have not that funny to me. Do you agree? What do you have planned?

ReplyDeleteI am the same as you with football. One of my sons played high school football and I really tried to like it an understand it,,,but as hard as I tried, I just couldn't get into it!
I am so not excited about when my little guy starts organized sport. I am not sure how I am going to watch it. I would feel bad reading or knitting while a game is going on.
