I posted my day at the San Diego Safari Zoo a couple of weeks ago and was so excited to have purchased a pair of reversal pants from Target. Today, I am showing how the reverse side of those pants look like. Nothing special but I didn't own any olive pants so this totally made the pants even that much more needed. I am having a hard time pairing the olive color - I don't want to look too army-ish or too masculine.
What ideas do you have to pair olive besides black, white, beige or brown?

Reversable pants? I didn't know such a thing existed! I love pairing my olive pants with purple or navy.
ReplyDeleteohh...purple that sounds fun - I am going to give that a try :)
DeleteCute, Alice. I think you did a great job with the color pairing. I don't think you look masculine or army-ish at all!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa - hope you had a great weekend!
DeleteCute outfit!!
ReplyDeleteI've paired an olive pair of pants with orange, mustard & brown and it worked ok. Normally, a white shirt with a colorful scarf is how I wear mine.
When I'm unsure of what colors to combine, I look at nature and voila! Always works!
Orange sounds like a fun combo with olive. I love that you use nature as your inspiration!

DeleteNot masculine or armyish at all:)! Olive pants are a must this season Alice! You got a head start! I love how you paired it with the flowy floral top!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rita - I don't really follow trends but try to buy things that are gaps in my closet or something that really catches my eyes. Maybe I am current for once :)
DeleteOlive green is the most difficult color for me to do anything with and I often end up with a white shirt .. lol (so typical of me). I like how you pops of color (yellow) and print .. looks great!
