I feeling like I am living the good life in this picture heading out on a that beautiful yacht in the background. A few months ago, my friends rented a pontoon boat and we went sailing in Newport Harbor.
Something about wearing a big floppy hat and some sunglasses and the open sea just makes you feel like a million bucks. I wore a simple a line midi black dress (it even has pockets!) and comfy gladiator sandals to be relaxed on the boat. I have large tote to carry my scarf and my things for my son.
We had so much fun enjoying each other's company and watching the beautiful sunset. This is a not a life I want to trade for anything in the world.

Can you tell which one is my kid? Yup the one with the fedora. He wanted to dress up and wear his shirt that matches the hat. Most times all he wants to wear are soccer jerseys so I am happy to see him in something different.
A big floppy hat is not for the yacht life. I wore mine every where like I did to a baseball game. (original post here) I prefer them over baseball caps since it offers more sun protection.
