My love for pencil skirts is still strong, I tend to buy more pencil skirts than anything other type. I have to say, midi skirts are not far behind. This green lace skirt was just featured on Monday and here is again.
I used to hate anything elastic waistbands because I always felt they added more bulk to the waistline.
I love how this J Crew midi skirt there's elastic in the back and not on the front of the skirt at the waist. It does not feel as bulky to me. I always tend to belt my skirts to help draw in the waist to hopefully reduce any bulk.
I honestly wanted to wear this skirt because of these fab heels! They sell for $278 and with end of season clearance sell, I got them for $56! FYI, they are still at the same price with code NEWCLOTHES
I really did not need another pair of printed heels but the color and price sold me. I normally take 8 with J Crew shoes and these fit true to size. They are pretty comfy and didn't give me blisters or anything.
With all the end of season sales going on, it's been very tough to resist deals. What have you scored on major discount?

Here's a throw back to December 2015 on how I wore lace and leopard together. Original post here.
